She said: “When I was about seven, I was convinced the house was burning down. I could sense it. Not a hallucination, just a tightening in my chest, feeling I couldn’t breathe, like the world was going to end. There were some flare-ups like that, but my anxiety was constant.” 

Emma Stone challenge herself. She decided not to settle for less but to take actions that move her closer to her dream. It was hard to go to therapy day after day, but it was an important step for her to get over the anxiety and panic attack. She didn’t give up her passion and dreams because of obstacles and setback. However she believed in herself, she kept faith that one day she would be rewarded for her dedication and hard work. She faced her fear, she gets better.
